This pre-order policy applies only to the following styles:

  • Large – Halo Lavender
  • Medium – Halo Lavender
  • Large – Halo Sky Blue
  • Medium - Halo Sky Blue
  • Large – Halo Pink
  • Medium – Halo Pink
  • Large – Black

By placing a pre-order for one of the above items, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Estimated Shipping Timeline: Orders are expected to ship mid to late February. Please note this is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Timelines may vary due to production or supply chain delays.

  • Combined Shipping: All items in your order will ship together once the pre-order is fully fulfilled. No partial shipments will be made.

  • Payment: Full payment is processed at the time of checkout, not when your item ships.

  • Shipping Notification: You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your bag is ready to ship.

  • Order Fulfillment: Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Promotions: Pre-orders are not eligible for sales, discounts, or future promotions. Additional conditions may apply.
