What's your return and exchange policy?
How do I make a return?
If you’d like to return or exchange your product - please visit our self service returns center here. For returns/exchanges, customers are responsible for returning the items at their own expense. We charge a standard $50.00 to return Performance Bags and $15.00 to return any Rac n Roll Accessories or Replacement Parts. Items must be in unused, new condition with tags on for a return/exchange to be approved. Returns/exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of purchase date. Please note if the return has not been received within 30 days of the return approval from our team, the return will be cancelled.
Damages upon arrival must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of item via our self service returns center. We will cover the return shipment and replacement orders on items that arrive damaged. Please visit our self service returns center here to submit this information for replacement.
Rac n Roll 2024 Holiday Return & Exchange Policy:
All orders purchased after November 1st, 2024 are eligible for a return or exchange until January 31st, 2025. Please ensure you are still following the return & exchange guideline listed above. All product must be in unused, new condition with tags present for the return or exchange to be approved. You must have the original packaging to send back the item, this will include the plastic wrapping for all dance bags and the original shipping box.
How long do refunds on my credit card take?
You will see your refund within 3-5 business days from the processing date. However, depending on your financial institution, it could take up to 10 business days for your funds to be reflected on your statement.
I meant to order a different size Rac n Roll bag? (or colour) Can this be exchanged?
If this happens please email us at team@racnroll.com as quickly as possible. As long as the order has not already been sent to the warehouse, we will be able to correct this for you. Please note that you’ll be responsible for paying the shipping x 2 to return and reship the replacement. This can only be approved within 30 days of purchase date.
What happens if I order something and it is out of stock?
If something is ordered that is out of stock. You will receive an email from us within 2 x business days. We will offer you a refund or replacement with a stocked item of your choice.
