Our lifetime warranty on all of our best ballet dance bags applies only to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the Rac n Roll product for the period of 1 year starting from the date of purchase or receipt. Our warranty team will decide if the item needs replacement parts, replacement items, or discounts on the product. If you purchased a bag after 2019 - we have a lifetime warranty on all of our Rac n Roll rods. All other replacement parts will also be provided at no charge within the 1-year warranty if deemed necessary. Replacement parts are available for purchase after the 1-year warranty period.
