Where does Rac n Roll ship?

We currently ship everywhere in the United States and Canada. Head to our contact page and let us know what country you’d like us to have on our radar. Unfortunately we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Yukon, and Northwest Territories at this time. 


Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

No, we currently do not ship to PO boxes. Please include a full address when placing your order.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Flat rate CAD and US shipping is $35 per Dance Bag and $15 for all Accessories. Please note if you are buying more than one Dance Bag in your order shipping will be $60 and/or more.

 

How long does it take to ship/receive my order?

Estimated shipping times for Canadian Provinces: All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times may vary between 1-8 business days depending on your province. All CAD items are being shipped out of Mississauga, ON.

Estimated shipping times for the USA: All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times may vary between 1-8 business days depending on your state. All USA items are being shipped out of Depew, NY.

Please be aware that during busy times, processing times for orders may be longer than usual. Our team is working hard to ensure your order is dispatched as soon as possible.

 

What is my order number?

Your order number will be provided once your order has been placed online and via email. 

 

Can I modify or cancel my order once it has been placed?

    We start working on your order as soon as we receive it. Sometimes we will be unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed so make sure all entered information is accurate before ordering. Contact team@racnroll.com immediately.  In some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed and as long as your order hasn’t left the warehouse.

       

    How can I check the status of my order?

    You will be provided with email updates on your order throughout the shipment process. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping information for your records. You can always log-in to your account on our website to check the status of your order. 

     

    There is a problem with my shipment, what do I do?

    If your shipment is held up with your carrier, contact them directly as they may need specific direction on where to deliver your order. In some cases, the carrier will need to update your address which will result in an up-charge. Rac n Roll is not responsible for paying this up-charge. To avoid the up-charge, ask the carrier to hold the shipment at the nearest location for you to pick up. If you need further assistance please contact us team@racnroll.com

     

    My order never arrived. Lost or stolen shipments.

    Rac n Roll is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. You will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. Once your claim has been filed, please contact us directly at team@racnroll.com with information regarding your situation and your claim number. We will file a claim on our end as well. Please contact us and we will provide you with next steps for replacement. 

     

    My order has been shipped but it has the incorrect address on it.

    All orders that have been shipped to an incorrect address will be the customer’s responsibility. The customer may have to resubmit a new order. Rac n Roll will not be responsible for packages and/or additional fees that are associated with shipment to an incorrect address.
